FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
We ask you to place your order carefully so that there are as few returns as possible. On each product page, under the Size, tab, you will find fit information and a size chart. If you have any further questions about us or our products, we would be very happy if you send us an email to using the contact form write hello@sonhostories.com.
RETURNING AN ARTICLE
If you don't like something in your order or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
1. If you want to return an item, first fill out the return information on the delivery note for your order.
2. Please note that the items you wish to return must be unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging with all tags attached in order to receive a full refund.
3. Place the completed delivery note in the package. Please understand that we cannot offer free returns. Send the package with the shipping service provider of your choice to:

We recommend sending the package insured and with a tracking number so that your return is covered in the event of loss or damage.
4. Once we have received the returned items, we will inspect them and process the refund. If you have followed the instructions correctly, we will refund you the product price within seven days.

EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer an exchange. Please send us the product back and order again in the desired size.
